67 Speed Challenge - Cyberpunk Gesture-Based Speed Test Game
Welcome to the 67 Speed Challenge (67極速挑戰), a state-of-the-art interactive browser game set in a futuristic cyberpunk universe.
This game is designed to test your arm movements and wrist reflex speed. Players can choose between two main control options:
real-time AI hand-tracking using their device's webcam, or keyboard tapping mode as a fallback.
Game Objective & Rules
Your mission is to perform the viral "67 hand-pumping gesture" as fast as possible in 20 seconds.
In Webcam Hand Tracking mode, keep both palms facing up towards the camera. Raise and lower them alternately to register reps.
Increasing speed triggers visual speed combos and scales up your score multiplier.
In Keyboard Mode, quickly alternate between tapping the 6 and 7 keys to simulate the hand gesture.
Technology & Architecture Stack
AI Motion Tracking: Integrated with Google MediaPipe Hands (MediaPipe tasks-vision) fileset resolver to track 21 hand skeletal landmarks in real-time right inside the browser.
Frontend Canvas Engine: Leverages pure HTML5 Canvas API with custom neon particle system to render gesture feedback, visual sparks, and mirror feedback.
Database & Leaderboard: Dynamic saving and loading of high scores utilizing Google Firebase Firestore database, listing callsigns, score statistics, reps count, and date.
Multilingual Support: Real-time translations in English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Arabic.
