This Privacy Policy describes how 67 Speed Challenge ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit and play our game at 67game.store (the "Site").
1. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
We use Google AdSense and third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Site. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
DoubleClick Cookie: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Site.
Personalized Ads: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
2. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / CPRA Notice
For players residing in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide specific rights regarding personal information. We do not sell your personal information. However, the use of third-party advertising cookies may be classified as a "sale" or "sharing" of information under California law.
You have the following rights under California law:
Right to Know/Access: You can request information about what personal data we collect and share.
Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising via your browser's cookie settings or the Google Ads settings linked above.
Right to Delete: You can request deletion of personal information (such as score entries on the leaderboard) by resetting browser cache or contacting the developer.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
3. Web Camera & MediaPipe Motion Detection
Our game features real-time webcam motion tracking powered by Google MediaPipe. We care deeply about your privacy:
All camera feed processing is performed entirely local (on-device) in your web browser.
No video frames, camera feeds, image data, or physical biometrics are ever sent to our servers, Firebase, or any third party.
Camera permissions are requested solely to run local Javascript computations for counting game repetitions.
4. Data Collection & Leaderboards
When you play 67 Speed Challenge, we collect and store limited game-related data to manage the high-score leaderboards:
Leaderboard Entries: If you achieve a top score and choose to submit it, we store the pilot callsign/name you enter, your score, reps count, speed (reps/sec), date, and a server-generated timestamp.
Storage: These scores are securely stored on our Google Firebase Firestore database and displayed publicly to other players.
Local Storage: We use your browser's Local Storage to store your local high scores and language preference.
5. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted leaderboard data to our Site, please contact us, and we will promptly remove the entry from our database.
6. Contact Us
If you have any questions or would like to request removal of a leaderboard entry, please contact the developer via our GitHub repository: github.com/stevehelloworld/sixsevengame.
